MASSAGE
A session at Healing Forest Massage offers a combination of Deep Tissue, Thai, Swedish, Abdominal, Relaxation, Sports Massage and Cupping. Using elongated movements, I often incorporate my feet for deeper results. The practice is powerful and strong.
I draw on a range of tools and technologies from diet and nutrition to sound therapy to quantum microcurrent and frequency healing. Alongside your massage, these tools create radical change in your body at a cellular level and clear the path to self healing.
Healing may focus on relieving physical dis-ease, on freeing the body from pain, and as we journey upwards to health and wholeness, we also may use the techniques of Healing Forest Massage to remove the stress, trauma, emotional blocks, and subconscious beliefs that limit our potential.
