Before Your Massage:

Your session begins with a consultation

During Your Massage:

During the session, 

  • Our therapist ensures your comfort and privacy. 

  • Feel free to communicate your needs and comfort levels with the therapist.

After Your Massage:

Post-session, we recommend 

  • Drinking plenty of water to flush out toxins. 

  • A detox bath for at least 20 minutes with 2 cups of Dead Sea salt, 2 cups of baking soda, and 2 cups of borax to further enhance the benefits. The detox bath should be as hot as possible; the more you sweat, the more toxins are released.
